Immunization Schedule
2 Months: DTaP-HIB-IPV-Hep B, PCV 20
4 Months: DTaP-HIB-IPV, PCV 20
6 Months: DTaP-HIB-IPV-Hep B, PCV 20
12-15 Months: DTaP-HIB-IPV, MMRV, Hep A, PCV 20
18-24 Months: Hep A
4 Year: DTaP-IPV, MMRV
11-13 Years: MCV4, TDaP, Gardisil, Men B
16-18 Years: Men B, MCV4
Annuals: Flu Vaccines recommended 6 months onward.

Some health insurances we accept are BCBS (not HMO), Aetna (not HMO), Community Care, PCC, UHC, Cigna, Healthchoice, OSMA Coventry, First Health, and WPPA. As always, please refer to your insurance's physician directory to ensure we are in your plan's network.

Under the new Soonerselect, we are signed up for Aetna Better Health and Oklahoma Complete Health only. We are not Humana Healthy Horizon providers.
